Cobalt alloys offer unparalleled extreme high strength along with good corrosion and high temperature resistance. These alloys are typically reserved for the most extreme strength applications such as aerospace, defense, mining, and oil & gas.

MP35N
MP35N bolts are the highest strength material available to industry. They offer an ultimate tensile strength range of 227ksi to 294ksi with age hardening. In addition to their unmatched strength, they also offer good resistance to some acids and seawater. MP35N bolts are usable to about 800°F.

MP159
Similar to MP35N, MP159 bolts offer slightly less strength of about 275ksi UTS, yet they are usable at higher temperatures up to 1100°F for continuous use and above for short term intervals. They also offer moderate resistance to saltwater, as well as some acids.
